Gamification to engage
To promote EXO’s new album ‘Don’t Fight the Feeling’, we created a retro game designed with gamification UI elements and an engaging scenario to make users curious. We also increased reach by making the game shareable via social media.
Retro UI Design to inspire
We used pixel art visual motifs and chose fonts with a retro vibe to create a cohesive digital environment that feels immersive and fun. We applied the same design language to the universe background as well as the monsters for a more engaging experience.
A gaming experience that’s global
We were able to connect with the global target user and saw 800,000 visitors to the site on the day it opened. One of our primary focuses when developing the site was to make it as fun and accessible as possible. We also created a hashtag function for users to share their scores with others.
