Integrating Naver’s LINE Pay Platform Naver LINE BIZ Plus
With LINE Pay users and merchants previously being managed on different site platforms,
we built an integrated and unified platform so that both users and merchants can be managed through one website.
We enhanced the effectiveness of the LINE Pay campaign by transforming the portal site into a user-centered page that enables users to easily understand and navigate the service.
We also built a site management CMS platform to allow for more effective and easy maintenance of the HQ-managed sites.
Understanding the various services and functions of the platform, we actively utilized visuals including lifestyle imagery, video, illustration, infographics,
and animated GIFs throughout the site in order to maximize user benefit and experience. By implementing visualization of information,
we also made it easier for applicants to understand and complete the application process step-by-step.
In addition, we built a separate Sales Center microsite allowing sales staff to easily receive and access merchant applications through devices in-store.
For the Merchant Center, we helped visualize and improve readability of complex data and statistics, while incorporating marketing elements to naturally promote to users.
