eSaving Insurance Microsite with 1 year anniversary. The Kyobo insurance's affiliated company Kyobo Lifeplanet launched Dream eSaving Insurance Microsite. The Dream eSaving Insurance changed the paradigm of existing insurance into customer-oriented and it is launched to celebrate 1 year anniversary of Kyobo Lifeplanet. We produced three viral films to promote the product and to enhance brand identity. Also, we structured 'One Step' sign up UX to differentiate the service from previous online insurance sign up service.
Producing series of viral films, '10 Years Magic'
We produced three viral films to deliver clear concept message, '10 years magic'. The concept of each viral film focuses on the stories of realizing one's forgotten dream, 'Duck', 'Snowman' and 'Super mom'. It delivers a positive message of long-term endowment of insurance to its policy holders.
Providing a different sign-up process, 'Easy-step't
The 'Easy-Step' provides different sign-up process by arranging accurate and useful information on one page. We enhanced the usability by using the card concept and appropriate layout for each content. Moreover, by adding interactions, the signup process is more fun and easier to use.
To impress customers in real-time, live event
We launched the real-time webcam service that Kyobo Lifeplanet planner sent a gratitude greeting to the customer right after they completed the sign-up process. This service is designed to give the users trust for the corporation.
