HanwhaIn Recruit homepage renewal. Hanwha corporation aims to enhanced applicant’s usability by renewing their official HR website, HanWhaIn. The system supports job seekers to apply a most suitable company and job applicant system guides to recruit the best candidate.

  • Informing the employment notice by assessing Main page

    We enhanced our senses of familiarity by using current Hanwha employee as a main model and designed with a orange gradient color to express the Hanwha’s brand identity.

  • Constructing GNB menu for user’s needs

    We strengthened each of sub-GNB menus by three different depths; 1depth helps to understand content by adding the menu description, 2depth expands to wider screen by reducing the size of GNB during the scrolling action, and 3depth offers necessary functions to users such as job posting, 1:1 inquiries, and job alert notification etc.

  • Provision of the best users guides through recommended contents

    The recommended function implemented a strong connectivity content to raise HanWhaIn’s usability.

  • Personalized functions for Applicant

    The renewal website enhanced the personalized functions for usability by adding a notification for unsubmitted application and saving a shortcut for favorite content.

  • Enhancing intuitive illustration and brand identity

    We strengthened HanWhaIn’s brand identity, taking care to utilize their official CI color as a point color. It emphasized simplicity by expressing the contents using illustrations and lines.

  • Organized contents with easily accessible information

    The users can see the affiliate companies information and job opening at a glance .

  • Dream Tunes

    HanwhaIn’s Dream Tunes offered a variety of job search programs it designed to support the applicants. We redesigned the aptitude test as a card format and added entertainment value by using illustration and motion graphic elements.

  • Simplified job searching notification

    It improved faster job search systems by linked the affiliates website shortcut and other related contents.

  • Mobile web service

    The site was advanced accessibility in any device and complied with web standards. The users can easily experience the things in PC also in mobile such as application preview, status of application, and job positing.

  • Recruting website without any discrimination

    HanwhaIn considered web accessibility and designed to use the diversity of contents and features without any restriction.
